'Fairytale Wedding Cake!'

Thank you Munro Bakes for making our Dream Fairytale Wedding Cake!

Monica created a 6 tier wonder which looked as incredible as it tasted. The tiers were skillfully constructed with elements and patterns from the embroidery of my Wedding Dress. This was a stunning concept which I had not considered as a possibility until our consultation with Monica.

Monica incorporated customised religious elements into the cake's design. This was a personalised touch which showcased a fusion of British and Asian heritage which was highly meaningful to us both.

We chose three flavours for the wedding cake tiers;
Spicy Carrot & Walnut
Red Velvet
Coconut & Rasberry

The wedding cake was absolutely delicious. I have honestly never tasted wedding cake like it! Each tier was as moist as the last, with a beautiful depth of flavour. My guests, family and I and have not stopped talking about how tasty the cake tiers were!

"Delicious and gorgeous cake"

Having originally planned to go without a wedding cake, we found Monica after a family member had kindly offered to pay for a cake for us.

The cake looked absolutely gorgeous on the day, it was exactly what we had dreamed of. It tasted amazing, and we had so many people compliment the flavours we chose. The cake stayed wonderfully moist all day, and we also took some on our honeymoon which kept really well.

Having to cater to multiple allergies (nuts and dairy being two of the major ones!) we found it really helpful to be able to talk it all through. Monica put our minds at ease in so many ways, and was always responsive to messages and on hand for any queries which we had. She also helped us by liaising directly with our florist, to make sure that all of the flowers used were non-toxic and safe to be used.

We also ordered a few tasting boxes before the big day, which I would definitely recommend! It was nice to get the parents together to chat over the cake, and it had everyone debating over the best flavours.

I ordered my wedding cake at the last minute, and Monica was amazing. She provided excellent service, helping me select the cake and the stand. She even coordinated with the florists to ensure we got the perfect design—exactly as I envisioned. The cake looked elegant and, most importantly, tasted delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop coming back for more.

We purchased the taster box & it was delicious!

We got 4 flavours, 2 pieces of each, all individually wrapped & with some complimentary Tea Bags.

Very cute presentation, I loved it!
We got the Coffee, Lemon, Red Velvet & Vanilla. All devine, moist & soft sponges!
Not ridiculously sweet that left your cheeks sucking inwards, just perfection!

I asked Monica to make me a cake for our Grandson's 18th Birthday.

Not only was the cake gorgeous to look at with the textured finish and edible gold leaf, it tasted delicious. Everyone commented on what a beautiful cake it was.
